You will support the Chief Administrative Office team in managing business procedures for CIBC Wood Gundy. Key tasks include collaborating with various branches on compliance issues, updating processes, and analyzing areas for improvement. Your reports will play an essential role in maintaining operational excellence while effectively communicating with team members and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance through procedure review
• Collaborate with branches for deficiencies resolution
• Assist in secure migration of confidential records
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Provide administrative and communication support
Requirements:
• Must be enrolled in post-secondary studies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experienced in administrative and compliance roles
• Strong communication and collaboration capabilities
• Familiar with regulatory standards
