Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of pitches and proposals from inception to submission.
• Draft, edit, and refine persuasive content reflecting firm values.
• Collaborate with lawyers to shape messaging and strategies.
• Tailor credentials and case studies per client needs.
• Track outcomes to continuously enhance win rates.
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business or related field.
• 3-5+ years in business development, preferably in legal settings.
• Proven experience in pitches and proposal development.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
