Position: Bilingual Contracts Negotiation Expert at Procom
Become a key player in Procom’s commercial negotiations as a Bilingual Contracts Specialist. This role emphasizes effective client engagement in both English and French, enhancing Procom's service offerings.
As a vital member of the Growth Office, you will own the contract lifecycle for both Consulting and Workforce lines. Your leadership in negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and rate cards will directly contribute to the company's revenue goals while preserving strong client relationships. Collaborate with Account Managers to enjoy a flexible hybrid work model designed for productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct MSA, SOW, and rate card negotiations

• Manage the entire contracting process efficiently

• Foster positive relationships with client legal teams

• Implement contract consistency across segments

• Submit contract details for automated renewal notifications
Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in commercial negotiation

• Bilingual fluency in English and French required

• Experience in staffing or contingent workforce industries

• Strong judgment and analytical capabilities

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
