Position: Co-op Role in Proposal Coordination

In the Proposal Coordinator Co-op role, you will assist the proposal team in the coordination and preparation of RFx submissions. This opportunity is ideal for college students pursuing degrees in Communications, Business, or Engineering, looking to acquire real-world experience in a supportive setting. You will learn about the intricacies of business development and establish a foundation for future roles in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating active RFx submissions with the proposal team

• Review requirements for RFx documents and deadlines

• Maintain and organize proposal schedules and document libraries

• Format proposal documents as per required branding standards

• Manage version control and document organization in Share Point

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a program related to Communications, Marketing, or Business

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

• Ability to manage multiple tasks within a team

• Interest in understanding proposal development in construction/utility
