In this Senior Payroll Specialist role, you will oversee various payroll processing tasks while directly addressing client inquiries and troubleshooting. Collaborating with the payroll supervisor, you will contribute to special projects, ensuring payroll operations are efficient and compliant with regulations, making a meaningful impact on client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll voids and tax overrides
• Address client payroll inquiries as the first escalation
• Assist with special payroll projects
• Input and process payroll data accurately
• Ensure timely and compliant payroll delivery
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience
• Proven experience with Canadian provincial payrolls
• Bilingual in French and English
• PCP or PLP certification necessary
