Key Responsibilities:

• Prospective recruit participants for the advisor team

• Collaborate on onboarding and mentorship plans

• Lead coaching initiatives for experienced advisors

• Assess business processes to identify growth opportunities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and practices
Requirements:

• University degree with 5 years in financial services

• Life Insurance and Mutual Fund licenses required

• Demonstrated sales management and business acumen

• Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability

• Capability to navigate regulatory compliance
