As a key player in the Sales Operations team, your role will involve protecting profit margins and ensuring pricing consistency for the Merrithew and Align brands. You will manage various pricing structures and discount approvals, while conducting impact analyses and collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Regional Leaders to enforce global pricing policies for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage global pricing policies for multiple brands
• Review discount requests against established guidelines
• Analyze pricing exceptions and recommend actions
• Oversee accurate price book management
• Monitor distributor pricing compliance
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Business or similar
• Minimum 3 years in pricing or sales operations
• Proven ability to manage price books and discounts
• Positive analytical skills for margin assessment
• Familiarity with Salesforce or ERP systems
