Pay range: $35,100.00 – $65,700.00 per year (reflecting factors such as experience, academic level, and specific skillset).
Hybrid working model:
You can work remotely up to 1 day a week while spending the other 4 days in the office.
As an Associate Product Manager on our eCommerce team, you’ll work alongside design and engineering experts to develop and launch AI‑powered features. Your work will directly enhance the customer experience across our largest digital platforms, including Online Grocery, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Joe Fresh.
Responsibilities- Work with Product Designers and Engineering to shape upcoming sprints and the larger product roadmap.
- Support the product backlog – daily prioritization, grooming, writing user stories, and keeping the dev team unblocked.
- Assist in product discovery to validate new ideas and frame new features and priorities.
- Use analytics to make key product decisions.
- Participate in collecting user feedback and translating findings into product ideas.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Data Science, and other business functions.
- Some experience in product management / software development.
- Understanding of lean startup and agile (scrum/kanban).
- Understanding of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Ability to work independently and sift through ambiguity.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Customer‑first approach leveraging research, data, and empathy.
- Entrepreneurial spirit willing to roll up sleeves.
- Obsessed with testing and experimentation.
- Growth mindset, willing to disrupt the status‑quo.
