The Channel Sales Strategy and Operations Senior Analyst
playsa critical role inleveragingdata and technology to supportthe channel sales organization,diagnoseissues, and design solutions.

Responsibilities

Channel Sales Strategy

  • Participates intheannualchannelsalesplanning processfor the Americas region(e.g.,partner segmentation,territorydesign,quota setting,account planning, etc.)

  • Contributes to the development ofchannelsales growth strategieswithinpartnerverticals and territories

  • Works with senior management toidentifyand prioritize keychannel initiatives across partner types(distributors, resellers, MSPs, GSIs, TSDs)

  • Program Support/Implementation

  • Provides support on cross-functional projects targeted at improvingchannelfunnel growth andsales productivity

  • Analyzes data to evaluate program effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvements

  • Conducts data analysis to support

    Channel Sales leadership and collaboratesfrequentlywith Partner Sales Managers

  • Reporting and Analytics

  • Collects,validatesand organizes data to supportchannel-specificreporting and dashboard production

  • Performs modeling and sensitivity analyses to evaluate options and guide management decision-making

  • Process Improvement

  • Executesglobal channelorcross-departmentprocess improvements

  • Identifiesopportunities to improve/automate new and existingchannelsales operationsprocesses

  • Works independently with other team members and other departments (sales, marketing, finance, IT, customer support) on system integration/upgrade projects

  • Leads projects and implementation

  • Supports UAT for processes and systems at the regional level, and provides feedback and suggestionsrepresentingthechannel sales organization

  • Sales Operations Support

  • Supportsthechannelsales organization in Sales Operations related matters

  • Investigates issue escalations

  • Provides system training toChannel Sales Teams  asrequired

  • Ensures the smooth running of establishedchannelsales processes 

  • Qualifications

  • 5+years experiencepreferred

  • Bachelor's degreerequired

  • The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

    Canada
    - Toronto Office TRO : 81, CAD / Annual

    United States
    - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 90, USD / Annual

    Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.
    The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

    The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
