Talent Relations Specialist

Our client connects high‑calibre talent with opportunities worldwide. They represent celebrities from entertainment, sports, food, décor, and more, and unite them with brand partnerships and opportunities in film, and television. They are looking for an ambitious Talent Relations Specialist to join their team.

• Work with company leaders to coordinate the logistical details for campaigns, events and Talent
• Act as a liaison between talent, clients, and colleagues
• Responsible for all logistical details including booking flights, arranging ground transportation, and accommodation, scheduling details, campaigns, social media content, calls, etc.
• Coordinate and participate in pre-event/campaign briefing calls and social media calendars
• Assist with the editing of contracts
• Manage a high volume of communication with our clients and talent
• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with clients and talent

• Has 2-3 years of work experience
• Is friendly, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
• Has the ability to manage a very high volume of e‑mail and multi‑task effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision
• Has excellent and proven customer service and communication skills and experience
• Has strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
• Has previous experience working in an office environment
• Possess a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and follow up
• Is confident, ambitious, and exercises excellent skilled judgement
• Has the ability to work independently and is self‑motivated
• Takes direction well and works as a team
• Openly shares information and keeps others informed
• Has an understanding of AI, social media influencers and branding
• Previous experience in the digital marketing industry, You Tube, podcasts, and other social media, etc. is an asset
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365
