As part of Mentimeter's new Strategic Accounts team, your key responsibility will be to partner with enterprise customers, ensuring that the platform enhances their operations. You'll lead executive conversations and manage multi-stakeholder relationships, using your expertise in customer success to elevate adoption and strategic alignment. This role is crucial for building lasting partnerships and driving effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop success plans based on customer objectives
• Conduct executive-level discussions to highlight platform value
• Foster strong relationships across client divisions
• Identify and address stakeholder risks proactively
• Drive adoption efforts and workflow integration
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Track record of managing complex accounts
• Executive presence with stakeholder engagement
• Business acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Disciplined in success planning and execution
