Elevate client relationships with Boldr as the Client Experience Lead, responsible for strategic engagement and operational performance. This dynamic role focuses on nurturing client ties and empowering team success.

As the Client Experience Lead, you will take on full ownership of client satisfaction and team management. You will leverage strong analytical skills and strategic insights to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain authentic relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Act as strategic advisor managing key client contacts
• Conduct operational reviews with client and Boldr leadership
• Collaborate with various departments for seamless support
• Facilitate Client Business Reviews and promote accountability
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years in client-facing roles
• 2+ years in BPO, staffing, or business services
• 2+ years of people-management experience
• Proficient in Google Suite and analytics tools
Drive client success and operational performance as Boldr’s Client Experience Lead.
