You will analyze customer service operations and facilitate effective order management, ensuring reliable execution and timely responses to inquiries. This entry-level position requires a bachelor’s degree and promotes a customer-centric approach across various teams within the organization. Your analytical skills will help drive improvements in service levels and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support capacity planning and resource alignment
• Analyze performance data against customer service metrics
• Liaise with sales and internal partners for issue resolution
• Provide timely responses to sales orders and delivery inquiries
• Assist in preparing customer-facing reports and updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service operations
• Familiarity with KPI tracking and reporting basics
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
