Position: Client-Focused Account Manager Role
Join Sirius Benefits as a Client-Focused Account Manager in the Greater Vancouver Area, Toronto, or Kingston. Enhance client relationships while managing a dynamic block of business.

In this role, you will be responsible for client retention and delivering exceptional support to external clients. You will gather data to help identify opportunities while also mentoring the Client Services team to enhance their capabilities. The position requires flexibility and strong communication skills to navigate client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retain and manage an assigned block of business effectively

• Provide tailored recommendations based on client needs

• Utilize client data for identifying focused business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors

• Mentor and support colleagues in Client Services

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in client services

• 1-2 years post-secondary education in a relevant field

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Good interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities

• Ability to thrive in a changing environment
