Position: Lead Strategy Specialist at Interac

Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, you will develop strategic analyses and recommendations to support business growth. Collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders, your focus will be on emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and performance evaluation. Your analytical drive will support the corporation's strategy development and management, addressing complex industry challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic analyses and execution options for business goals

• Support board processes through data analysis and insights

• Create opportunity sizing and financial models for initiatives

• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and inform decisions

• Mentor junior staff on processes and strategic alignment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred

• 7+ years in consulting or strategy roles

• Proficiency with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
