Position: Pharmacy Insights Analyst at Shoppers Drug Mart
Dive into the world of pharmacy analytics with Shoppers Drug Mart in Toronto, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on driving insights through data analysis and reporting to enhance retail pharmacy operations.

As a Pharmacy Insights & Analytics Analyst, you will report to the Senior Manager and support key initiatives across business segments.

Your role includes data sourcing, insight generation, and the collaboration of multi-departmental teams to implement impactful strategies. This position emphasizes advancing analytical capabilities to facilitate decision-making for both stores and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide insights and recommendations through data analysis

• Source and clean data from diverse databases

• Collaborate to develop and implement strategic initiatives

• Introduce new analytical techniques to enhance efficiency

• Perform regular and ad-hoc analyses for operational decisions

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a Canadian Business or Analytics program

• Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or SAS is preferred

• Experience with BI tools like Power BI is an asset
