Position: Analytical Demand Planner Role
Shape the future of demand planning with Techtronic Industries Inc. in North York, ON. Use your analytical expertise and Excel skills to enhance forecasting and support sales teams.

In this full-time Demand Planner position, you will drive accurate forecasting of promotional and run rate business by collaborating closely with the Channel Team and Sales Leaders. Your ability to analyze trends and communicate effectively will be vital in preventing inventory issues and achieving fill rate targets. You'll also contribute to process improvements that align with business objectives and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop SKU-level forecasts with Sales and Channel teams

• Highlight discrepancies in order trends and adjust forecasts

• Communicate inventory risks effectively to Sales teams

• Drive internal efficiencies and enhance performance metrics

• Provide regular updates to the Sales & Operations leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields

• 2+ years in demand planning or related analysis

• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Lookups

• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
