Customer-Centric Onboarding Manager

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of onboarding solutions s includes owning delivery processes, leading user research, and ensuring a seamless transition from inception to launch. Your insights will guide the development of intuitive customer experiences that meet both user and regulatory needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end delivery of onboarding products
• Analyze performance indicators to inform decisions
• Participate in user interviews and usability testing
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders
• Apply risk management practices in product strategies
Requirements:
• 5+ years in product management or technology
• Proven experience handling complex projects
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Mastery of communication and stakeholder engagement
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business is a plus
