In this strategic role, the BBOT seeks a leader to enhance membership growth and retention. You will engage with local business leaders, cultivating trust while promoting BBOT’s value. Your responsibilities will include managing member relations, developing outreach content, and orchestrating events that bolster connections within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategies for acquiring new members and retaining existing ones
• Analyze membership data to identify growth opportunities
• Develop high-impact outreach materials for engagement
• Organize member-centered events to facilitate networking
• Collaborate effectively with the BBOT team to drive goals
Requirements:
• 5+ years in membership growth or business development
• Background in B2B sales, sponsorship, or corporate relations
• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related relevant field
