As a Procurement Coordinator reporting to the Procurement Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the entire procurement lifecycle. This includes equipment sourcing, vendor intake, and contract management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain records of pricing requests and submissions
• Coordinate new vendor compliance and onboarding
• Support negotiation and exhibit review processes
• Prepare insurance request packages and manage compliance
• Assist with administrative tasks for the Procurement Department
Requirements:
• College diploma or higher in post-secondary education
• Minimum of 1 year in administration and project coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Experience with ERP systems and AI tools is an asset
• Knowledge of solar and wind technologies is a plus
