In this strategic role, you'll oversee a Category Specialist and work closely with senior stakeholders to implement effective procurement strategies. You will engage in category management, market analysis, and supplier relationship building to drive efficiencies. Utilizing your experience in high-risk procurement categories, capitalize on opportunities to enhance the organization's sourcing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic procurement initiatives across assigned categories
• Foster relationships with senior stakeholders for engagement
• Implement Procurement Strategy and savings initiatives
• Conduct supplier analysis and identify best-value opportunities
• Oversee the sourcing lifecycle, including tendering and negotiations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting required
• 3–5 years of category management experience preferred
• Proven RFP and contract drafting experience
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Expertise in supplier performance and risk management
