With 7+ years of experience in business analysis, you will translate socio-economic data into actionable product features. Your expertise in monitoring, evaluation, and user experience will ensure our Venn platform thrives in challenging conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead intake sessions with leadership and stakeholders

• Document functional requirements and user stories

• Write product features and manage the backlog

• Act as a connector between technical and program teams

• Run user research and advocate for usability

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Business Analysis or Product Management

• Degree in a relevant discipline

• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts

• Familiarity with MEL frameworks

• Proficiency with project management tools
