This permanent full-time role is essential for building lasting relationships within the public procurement landscape. Your expertise in stakeholder engagement and change management will allow you to plan and implement effective programs for Supply Ontario. You will engage with over 6,000 organizations, ensuring procurement strategies align with stakeholder needs while fostering collaboration across sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of stakeholder engagement plans and strategies
• Conduct needs assessments for public sector engagement
• Establish relationships across public procurement sectors
• Partner with departments to achieve organizational objectives
• Develop training for stakeholders on procurement best practices
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• 6-8 years in change management and stakeholder engagement
• Experience developing and executing engagement plans
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
