Fiera Capital seeks a Senior Analyst in Sales Enablement in Montreal or Toronto. Drive business development by creating compelling investment proposals and optimizing team resources.

Reporting to the Team Lead, the Senior Analyst is essential in supporting Fiera Capital's growth. You will coordinate and deliver high-quality RFPs, DDQs, and presentations, ensuring alignment with client needs. Strong analytical and writing skills are crucial for effective collaboration with internal experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead RFPs, DDQs, and financial questionnaires

• Coordinate and craft finalist presentations

• Maintain and utilize the proposal management database

• Respond accurately to consultant inquiries

• Assist with consultant database updates and governance initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or marketing

• 3-5 years in investment management or consulting

• Strong writing and editing experience in proposals

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
