Join Xtract One as a Partner Success Manager in Toronto, managing the hybrid transition between strategic vision and operational execution. This role empowers partnerships through dedicated support and advanced resource allocation.
As a key player in the Sales Department, you will engage in territory planning and marketing enablement. Your background in customer success, combined with strong analytical skills, will drive partner growth and streamline processes. You will also oversee tools and training essential for partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and assign territories to maximize partner engagement
• Facilitate comprehensive partner onboarding experiences
• Manage lead registration to avoid channel conflicts
• Track partner performance metrics using CRM tools
• Coordinate preparation for quarterly business reviews
Requirements:
• Education in Business, Marketing, or similar area
• 3-6 years in sales enablement or customer success
• Understanding of client retention best practices
• Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
