Position: OLG Governance Analyst Student Position
Be part of OLG as a Governance Analyst Student for an 8-month co-op in Sault Ste. Marie or Toronto. This full-time position focuses on governance activities and contract management.

As a Governance Analyst, you will support the Gaming Controls team by coordinating meetings and documenting governance processes. This role is a perfect match for students with interests in law, accounting, or business administration. You will assist in responding to audits and maintaining regulatory compliance through effective documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Governance and Controls activities for gaming contracts

• Analyze contracts to ensure compliance with obligations

• Update and maintain process documentation

• Prepare audit and governance reports for management

• Engage with stakeholders to track action items and decisions

Requirements:

• Pursuing studies in law, business, or related fields

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Share Point

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to manage priorities in an agile work environment
