What you’ll be doing
As a Digital Strategy Co‑op in the Digital Channel Initiatives team, you will support the strategy and roadmap for CIBC’s .COM and Knowledge Management platforms. Your work will involve analyzing market trends, developing strategic recommendations, and contributing to business case development.
- Proactively scan the market to identify and assess new and emerging digital capabilities and our overall competitive standing.
- Use data and market trends to develop strategic recommendations for new website and Knowledge Management initiatives.
- Structure and analyze data to support recommendations and decision‑making.
- Assist in the development and writing of business cases, including gathering requirements, analyzing data, assessing risks, and presenting recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, assess risks, and present recommendations to support strategic decision‑making.
- You are digitally savvy and seek innovative solutions.
- You put clients first and engage with purpose to find the right solutions.
- You act as an owner, thrive when empowered to take the lead, and deliver results.
- You have strong critical‑thinking skills and pay attention to detail.
- You bring your authentic self to work and embody values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.
- Currently enrolled in post‑secondary education and returning to full‑time studies; a registered Co‑Op program is not required.
- Strength in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
