Position: Events Coordinator for Summer Camp
Be a vital part of SurexCARE’s summer camp program as an Events Coordinator. This role focuses on inclusive activities, community outings, and meaningful experiences for adults with disabilities.

SurexCARE is seeking an energetic Events Coordinator to manage summer camp activities for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills while planning activities and coordinating logistics. You will ensure participant engagement and safety while working closely with staff, families, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead daily camp activities and special events

• Coordinate community outings and program logistics

• Support participant engagement, inclusion, and safety

• Collaborate with staff, families, and community partners

• Maintain program documentation and adhere to policies

Requirements:

• Experience with individuals with disabilities or social services

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Creative, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset

• Vulnerable Sector Check required

• Age 18-30, eligible to work legally in Canada
