Position: Elections Ontario Contract Advisor Role

As a Contract Advisor, you will establish contract management frameworks, promoting compliance and operational effectiveness. This temporary position requires a strong foundation in contract law and procurement methodologies, leverage your five years of relevant experience to enhance organizational processes and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full contract lifecycle effectively

• Create and oversee contract templates and performance metrics

• Handle high-value agreements from award through completion

• Collaborate to draft and execute obligation reviews

• Ensure effective contract transitions into operations
Requirements:

• At least five years’ experience in contract management

• Deep knowledge of contract laws and principles

• Proficient in negotiation and drafting of contracts

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office and D365 is an asset
