Overview

The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) works closely with the sales team to support client objectives and deliver best‑in‑class service. The role involves negotiating and optimizing opportunities, using data to build consultative solutions, and ensuring revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow post‑sale client relationships and revenue for advertisers.
  • Become an expert in Tik Tok solutions and adapt recommendations quickly to varying client needs.
  • Grow revenue, educate, and lead upsell conversations post initial sale.
  • Spearhead client education on products and updates to advise best approaches.
  • Outline and oversee measurement strategies and track metrics.
  • Identify optimization opportunities to improve performance.
  • Demonstrate expertise in all matters related to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting.
  • Consult and coach clients and agencies to achieve better results on Tik Tok solutions.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in client solutions, account management, digital advertising, AdTech, or related field.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data tools such as Excel and Data Studio.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Experience with performance‑driven advertising and/or auction‑based ad platforms.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth, developing media strategy, and managing advertiser relationships.
  • Expertise in crafting and delivering compelling QBRs with data‑driven storytelling.
  • Familiarity with measurement frameworks and attribution models.
  • Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: CAD $60,253 – $89,685. Additional pool includes discretionary bonuses, restricted stock units, and benefits such as health, dental, retirement savings, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing, holidays, vacation, and sick time.
