Fiera Capital is seeking a Client Service Associate for an 18-month contract to assist the Institutional Client Managers.
The right candidate will maintain a deep understanding of portfolio characteristics and client requests, while also overseeing account openings and cash management. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to thrive in this collaborative role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain knowledge of portfolios and client features
• Oversee the opening of new accounts with departments
• Facilitate updates to investment policies and systems
• Coordinate cash management activities efficiently
• Review and adjust client reports for accuracy and timeliness
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in client service support for institutional clients
• Knowledge of investment portfolios and product familiarity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Effective communication skills in English;
French is an asset
