Join BYD Canada as a Network Development Manager and shape the future of electric mobility. Oversee dealer network performance and expansion strategies across the Canadian market.
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives to optimize dealer operations and support sustainable growth within BYD's extensive network. You'll conduct performance evaluations, manage dealer onboarding, and implement strategic plans that enhance market representation. Collaborating closely with sales and operational teams will drive effective network execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate and implement network development strategies
• Assess dealer performance across key metrics
• Negotiate dealer agreements and renewals
• Coordinate the onboarding and construction for new dealers
• Analyze market data for network enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in automotive network development
• Direct experience with a Canadian automotive OEM is critical
• Fluency in English and French
• Willingness to travel across Canada
