In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in building lasting client relationships and ensuring operational excellence. With a minimum of three years in account and operational management, your proactive approach will drive both revenue growth and client retention. Collaborate closely with internal teams to craft insights-driven retail strategies that lead to measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead charge on key accounts to deliver best-in-class services
• Drive revenue growth and maintain strong client satisfaction
• Identify and execute strategic initiatives to boost profitability
• Serve as a communication bridge for clients and internal teams
• Support new business development and strategic projects
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience in account management
• Strong relationship-building skills with proven track record
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and strategy
• Industry experience in Grocery or C&G is beneficial
