As a strategic leader, you will oversee the sales initiatives for the Groupe Dandurand portfolio, driving effective distribution aligned with company objectives. With more than 10 years in CPG sales, especially within alcoholic beverages, your role will involve negotiating key agreements and working with marketing for product success. You will cultivate a high-performing team of key account managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and align sales strategy with growth targets
• Lead and structure the National Key Accounts team
• Negotiate agreements and manage distribution partnerships
• Collaborate on marketing and promotional initiatives
• Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in CPG sales, ideally in alcohol
• Proven national account management experience
• Leadership experience in sales team environments
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Bilingual in French and English
