Reporting to the Director of the department, your expertise will guide the evaluation and onboarding of new partners, ensuring the airport remains competitive and appealing. Your success will be measured by your ability to strengthen relationships and maximize the value of commercial assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business growth initiatives across partnerships

• Conduct market analysis to uncover trends

• Negotiate multi-million-dollar commercial agreements

• Collaborate on marketing and partnership strategies

• Develop clear business cases for decision-making

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years in concessions or advertising

• Leadership experience of 7+ years

• Diploma or degree in Business or Marketing

• History of success in complex commercial strategies

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
