In this full-time role, reporting to the President of Flair Vacations, you will lead commercial growth strategies and build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders. Your experience in business development and travel will support the expansion of the Flair Vacations network, ensuring product visibility and driving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic business development initiatives and partnerships
• Analyze market conditions for growth opportunities
• Establish revenue targets and accountability metrics
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and performance reporting
• Inspire and mentor the business development team
Requirements:
• 8–10 years in business development and travel sectors
• Proven track record in building strategic industry relationships
• Experience with commercial negotiations and booking systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Valid work eligibility in Canada
