Job Title: Warranty Coordinator (2-6 Month Contract)
Reporting To: Warranty Manager
Department: Home Services
Rate of Pay: $25.47 - As per collective agreement

Hours: 35 hours per week:
Monday to Friday 7:30am – 3:00pm
This position fulfils an important role in the product & parts supply channel and is responsible for processing, controlling warranty and part returns through the Warranty Department on behalf of the Service Patches. Other duties include the coordination of part returns from the FSL locations across Ontario; processing and managing claims to vendors and manufacturers for warranty / vendor credits.
Responsibilities- Assist and follow up with emails sent to from internal team and external customers
- Screen, qualify and submit warranty claims to vendors/manufacturers daily from Clarify
- Complete weekly submission reports to our vendors for credits/payments Qualifications
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Good working knowledge & understanding of all warehouse processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills, results–oriented
- Ability to lift to 80 lbs.
- Forklift License in place, or willing to be trained, (re‑certified if needed)
- Willing to work in a team environment and able to work in a warehouse environment, safety shoes are mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, pressure‑filled area
