This role is critical in delivering successful client outcomes, focusing on various aspects of workplace strategies, including real estate planning and transformation. You will work closely with clients, facilitating discussions and workshops while collaborating with a geographically diverse team. Your insights will shape client presentations, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage clients with interviews, workshops, and presentations

• Conduct in-depth analysis on workplace models and programs

• Collaborate with remote teams across various project assignments

• Present findings to clients and project teams effectively

• Participate in proposal preparations and marketing efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in applicable fields

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Workplace Advisory or CRE

• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
