Wynford is hiring a Product Buyer skilled in incentive travel to curate transformative proposals. This full-time role integrates strategic vision with collaborative efforts for outstanding client experiences.
As a Product Buyer, you'll engage with Sales Directors and supplier partners to craft enticing travel proposals. Emphasis is on strategic sourcing, client needs, and competitive negotiations, ensuring balance between experience and cost. You will be responsible for onboarding processes and ensuring adherence to commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop travel proposals focused on client enjoyment
• Guide pre-sale activities including supplier sourcing and cost analysis
• Collaborate with Sales Directors to refine program budgets
• Negotiate competitive contracts with global suppliers
• Analyze industry trends to enhance offerings continually
Requirements:
• 5+ years in travel industry, with 3+ years in sourcing or planning
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, CVENT, and contract processes
• Strong alignment and communication skills among stakeholders
• Eager to learn new technologies and improve processes
• Solid financial decision-making and risk assessment abilities
