Become a key player in Toronto's real estate strategy as a Procurement Specialist with CreateTO. This hybrid role emphasizes strategic support for procurement operations.
As a Procurement Specialist, you will provide essential support to stakeholders and partners in procurement activities, such as issuing RFQs and RFPs. We seek individuals with at least two years of procurement experience and a degree in Business or related disciplines. This role is vital for achieving cost-effective and strategic outcomes for Toronto’s extensive real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support diverse procurement processes from start to finish.
• Draft and manage procurement documents and reports.
• Handle supplier responses and inquiries efficiently.
• Organize virtual meetings utilizing conferencing tools.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and order management.
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong coordination and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Purchase Order Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work with confidential data responsibly.
