As an Account Manager in the Small Business National Accounts (SBNA) team, you will manage a portfolio of 150-200 small business clients. Your focus will be on developing relationships with clients and financial institution partners to support their growth through EDC’s financial solutions. You will also identify opportunities for cross-selling and ensure client satisfaction through active engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of small business clients effectively
• Qualify inbound inquiries for business development opportunities
• Act as a resource and problem solver for clients and prospects
• Build and maintain an individual sales pipeline
• Collaborate with partners to navigate underwriting processes
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Undergraduate degree in Business or Finance
• Minimum 2 years in business development or financial services
• Strong understanding of strategic sales and account management
• Knowledge of EDC's financial solutions is a plus
