As the Business Development Director, you will report to the VP, Business Development and spearhead efforts to identify and onboard new corporate clients. Your expertise in navigating safety-sensitive industries will be key, as you collaborate with various teams to enhance the client experience and grow portfolios. This role requires a strategic approach and strong communication skills to manage leads and market priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify key groups and funding mechanisms for strategies
• Lead efforts in Large & Mid-Market Corporate portfolios
• Manage leads from corporate and assigned segments
• Provide advisory and process enhancement recommendations
• Participate in Professional Development Plans for growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of business development or sales experience
• Strong understanding of corporate regulations and client needs
• Proven sales and partnership success record
• Ability to travel as needed
