Objectives &

Key Responsibilities

Drive New Business:
Identify and generate qualified opportunities through outbound sales, including prospecting, research, cold calling, email outreach, and Linked In social selling, with a focus on scheduling meetings to support the Sales Team

Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals while contributing to annual sales team revenue targets.

Manage CRM:
Keep accurate and up‑to‑date records in Salesforce and other sales tools, including detailed notes on conversations, research, and statuses for different leads

Continuous Learning:
Invest in your personal and professional growth to maximize your current and future success. Set yourself up for career advancement within our growing sales team

Nice to Have

Skills & Qualifications

Post‑secondary education (Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or Diploma)

Background or interest in Accounting, Finance, Education, Business Development, or Marketing

Experience in a role where there are frequent ‘tough’ conversations (customer service, door‑to‑door sales, fundraising etc.)

Experience in competitive fields (sports, arts, etc.)

Total OTE is $62,000 ($52,000 base $10,000 incentive with uncapped commissions). Salary is based on a number of factors including market conditions, location and may vary depending on job‑related skills and experience.

Please note this is a flexible hybrid role based out of Toronto, Canada. Employees will be expected to be able to commute to the office 1-2 times a week. However, for training & onboarding purposes, the in‑office expectation time will increase.
