Demand Planner at DECIEM

Position: Contract Demand Planner at DECIEM
Join DECIEM as a Demand Planner on a contract basis until June 30, 2027. This role emphasizes data analysis, forecasting, and collaborative decision-making.

As a Demand Planner, you'll support the monthly forecasting process while analyzing sales trends and promotional strategies. Your expertise in Power BI and statistical modeling will help generate accurate forecasts based on historical data and market intelligence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights that refine the planning process and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support monthly consensus cycle and rolling forecasts

• Analyze POS, shipment trends, and product plans

• Develop forecasts using historical data and market insights

• Assist with KPI building and business reporting

• Monitor sales orders against forecasts to ensure alignment

Requirements:

• 2‑4 years in Demand Planning or related fields

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business

• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement

• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

• Proven relationship-building capabilities across teams
