Position: Director of Product Innovation at Definity
Lead transformative change as the Director of Product & Underwriting Innovation rsee the entire innovation lifecycle, from product ideation to market launch with a hybrid work model.

In this strategic leadership role, you will guide a dynamic team in developing cutting-edge products and underwriting methodologies. With over 10 years in the property and casualty insurance sector, you will leverage advanced analytics to optimize decisions and drive profitable growth. Your focus will extend to enhancing customer experiences and retention strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to push new ideas to market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end product development and launch cycles

• Analyze emerging trends in the P&C insurance landscape

• Implement customer experience initiatives and education

• Collaborate across departments to align on innovation goals

• Build business cases for product and underwriting investments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics

• 10+ years in the property and casualty insurance industry

• 5+ years in product management or development

• CIP or Fellow CIP designation preferred

• Strong analytical and project management skills
