This role focuses on strategic management and execution within the Revenue Operations team. With 5+ years of experience in renewals, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pricing strategies, mitigate risks, and enhance customer retention through effective contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end renewal lifecycle for key customers
• Partner with teams to execute effective renewal strategies
• Develop and ensure accuracy of renewal contracts
• Monitor renewal forecasts and pipeline in CRM
• Proactively address renewal risks across teams
Requirements:
• 5–8+ years in SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong record in contract management and negotiation
• Analytical mindset to interpret revenue trends
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
