Business Analyst Senior

Position: Business Analyst Senior Role
The Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Health Services initiatives in Toronto. Focus on user research and innovative service design methodologies.

As a senior analyst, you will implement best practices from the Service Design Playbook while conducting user interviews and empathy mapping. Your strong communication, presentation skills, and proficiency in collaborative tools like Miro will be crucial in driving service improvements. Experience in applying lean concepts is also required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
