Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a high-performing sales team

• Implement comprehensive sales training and onboarding

• Analyze sales pipeline through detailed reviews

• Design effective go-to-market strategies for BDRs

• Work with cross-functional teams on product feedback

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience

• Proven leadership in high-growth sales environments

• Strong GTM execution and planning skills

• Excellent sales process oversight abilities

• Experience using AI tools for sales improvement
