About this opportunity The Americas Commercial Management department drives the development and delivery of sales proposals for current and prospective customers throughout North and South America. Sales proposals play a crucial role in the sales process to secure new business.
The Bid & Proposal Coordinator Intern position provides an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Commercial Management team in developing these proposals. In this dynamic, fast‑paced environment, the intern will assist in creating, organizing, and managing proposal content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
This role offers hands‑on experience in proposal development and insight into the strategic processes that drive successful business growth.
What you will do Support Proposal Managers across Canada, Latin America, and North America.
Assist in preparing and formatting professional customer proposals.
Join proposal review meetings to gain insight into strategy development to ensure proposal alignment with business objectives.
Gain hands‑on experience with emerging telecommunications technologies.
The skills you will bring Enrolled in a University degree program (Bachelors or Masters).
Teamwork/Ability to work with others: cooperate with team members across the organization; work independently with minimal supervision.
Organizational/multi‑tasking skills: ability to anticipate needs and set goals to meet very short deadlines; talent for managing multiple projects effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Strong command of the English language with superior interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Spanish and Portuguese languages are a plus.
Detail oriented.
Competence in Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, tools and applications: ability to leverage AI technologies for process automation, data analysis, decision support and solution development; familiarity with machine learning models, natural language processing and AI‑driven platforms is highly valued; can translate business needs into AI‑enabled solutions while ensuring ethical, accurate, and efficient outcomes.
Computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Power BI, MS Outlook, MS Teams, and MS SharePoint.

Compensation and Benefits The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location and the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. The salary range for this position is $24 - $34.5 CAD per hour.
