We are seeking an experienced Associate Product Lifecycle Management professional to oversee end-to-end product lifecycle activities, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient execution with minimal inventory impact. This role involves leading new product launches, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and driving product optimization initiatives and reports to the Product Lifecycle Manager.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle activities including renovations, transitions, and delistings.
Ensure changes are executed efficiently while minimizing write-offs, obsolescence, and excess inventory.
Lead multiple new product launch projects post-approval, ensuring alignment to the approved business case in partnership with finance.
Coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure launches are delivered on time, in full, and without aged or stranded inventory.
Track launch readiness, risks, and post-launch performance.
Act as the single source of truth for product lifecycle plans, timelines, and decisions.
Align cross-functional teams around one integrated product plan, reducing confusion and duplication.
Proactively identify technical, operational, or supply chain risks related to launches, renovations, or delistings.
Drive mitigation plans in collaboration with relevant functional teams to protect service, cost, and inventory outcomes.
Required Skills
Experience in product lifecycle management within CPG or Manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of product launches and cross‑functional execution.
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.

Builds strong relationships and works effectively across functions to achieve shared objectives.
Product Lifecycle & Change Management:
Strong understanding of launch, transition, and delisting processes.
Cross‑Functional Coordination:
Ability to manage complex interdependencies across Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams.

Uses data to identify risks, trade‑offs, and optimization opportunities.
Execution Excellence:
Delivers against timelines and business cases in a fast‑moving environment.
Problem Solving &
Risk Management:
Anticipates issues and drives practical mitigation actions.
Project Management: strong project management and administration skills.
Salary Range
$70,000 - $90,000 CAD
